  • QuietTube - Save this little app to your bookmark favorites. Open a YouTube video and then drag and drop into the video and it takes away all distractions including annoying comments by others.

  • My Big Campus - for SDUSD - By Lightspeed Systems allows teachers to submit educational content from YOUTUBE videos and make them available to students within a Moodle link for students to use while at school. 

  • VLC Media Player Download - Plays all popular video formats including .flv (flash)

 

Insert Video into ActivInspire

  1. In ActivInspire Menu bar select Insert > Link > File



  2. Select File > Click Open


  3. Insert File - Select > Placeholder > Store file in flipchart > Controller > OK


  4. Video clip will look at this until you click on clip.


  5. Now watch video until you want to select still image to be the opening shot in ActivInspire. Then, select 'picture icon' (highlighted below) to select your still shot as the opening frame of the video.
